1. Imagination - This is a vital key in the School of success, imagination is the formation of a mental image of something that is neither perceived as real nor present to the senses. Use your brain to the maximum, develop your brain to think, imagination is one of the fundamental right to success in the drama school. Ref: Prov. 23 : 7.
2. Seek for Divine revelation or secrets: This will help you to locate instructions from scriptures that will enhance the realization of your dreams as a drama minister.

Failure is the absence of the principles that work as pertaining to an affair or pursuit, failure has a tremendous impact from which you can desire strength, if you analyse and try to understand why you have failed. Failure can be caused by the following factors: * Wicked manipulation of the enemy. * A drama minister who accept back seat ignorantly. * Wrong mentality towards success. CHARACTERISTICS OF A SUCCESSFUL MINISTER CASE STUDY: JOSEPH Joseph was a man of God, a man of vision, a dreamer who pursued his divine assignment to the later without sin Gen. 37 : 3 - 11. In the bible the Lord revealed his future to him, that he would be great, and that both his parents and his senior brothers will bowed down before him. Joseph dream results to rebuke from his father and his dream result to negative reaction from his blood brothers.
RESULT OF JOSEPH DREAM 1. His brothers hated him the more. 2. He was envied. 3. They plan to abort his dream. 4. They took steps to destroy the plan. The Lord love those who pursue their dream, he is solidly behind those who are focus in their God given assignment or ministry he committed to their hands. God however took some steps to make sure that Joseph dream was fulfilled despite enemy attack on the vision.
SECRET OF JOSEPH SUCCESS: DIVINE FAVOUR Our God who is behind Joseph vision supported him by giving favour to him before his master Portipher and he became the head of his household and business. Satan craftiness however took another step by developing spirit of lust in Portipher’s wife heart, which later send Joseph to prison, for the sin he did not committed.
At prison God gave Joseph favour in the sight of the keeper, later the Lord saw him through to Pharaoh palace where he became the prime minister to the king. At this junction I deemed it fit to list some of the characteristics of successful ministers, with Joseph as the major case study. The bible made us to understand what Joseph gave as regards to success principles, and it yielded dividends at the end.
1. He was righteous in character.
2. Joseph was a hard working and diligent minister of God.
3. He was calm and patient during crisis.

1. Skill: This is one of the pacesetter in drama ministry, skill is the specialized ability or knowledge which you have acquired by training or experience. Drama ministers can acquire skill to boosts his ministry.
2. Service: Service is a useful result or product of labour which is not a tangible commodity, drama is a service to human life or message that God designed to proper the body of Christ. 3. Selling: Means to transfer product or property to another for an amount. 7 R’s ANTIDOTE FOR FAILURE IN DRAMA MINISTRY What failure is : This conference can not be complete if we fail to say something about failing or failure. Failure is the absence of the principles that work as pertaining to an affair or pursuit, failure has a tremendous impact from which you can desire strength, if you analyse and try to understand why you have failed. Failure can be caused by the following factors: * Wicked manipulation of the enemy. * A drama minister who accept back seat ignorantly. * Wrong mentality towards success. Here are some steps to be taken if you have failed on one project or the other.
1 Review, try to examine, diagnose and discover why you failed.
2 Realise that solution to the problems of failure lies in your plans to succeed.
3 Repent and Return to God fully if you have backslide or go astray, men can not stay long in sin and ask for the grace of God to abound.

6. Rely on God and his promises in His word ( bible). Develop strong faith in the Lord.
7. Restore - The lost years by fervent prayer and fasting the Lord has promised to restore the wasted years of our lives.
CHARACTERISTICS OF A SUCCESSFUL MINISTER CASE STUDY: JOSEPH Joseph was a man of God, a man of vision, a dreamer who pursued his divine assignment to the later without sin Gen. 37 : 3 - 11. In the bible the Lord revealed his future to him, that he would be great, and that both his parents and his senior brothers will bowed down before him. Joseph dream results to rebuke from his father and his dream result to negative reaction from his blood brothers.
RESULT OF JOSEPH DREAM 1. His brothers hated him the more. 2. He was envied. 3. They plan to abort his dream. 4. They took steps to destroy the plan. The Lord love those who pursue their dream, he is solidly behind those who are focus in their God given assignment or ministry he committed to their hands. God however took some steps to make sure that Joseph dream was fulfilled despite enemy attack on the vision.
SECRET OF JOSEPH SUCCESS: DIVINE FAVOUR Our God who is behind Joseph vision supported him by giving favour to him before his master Portipher and he became the head of his household and business. Satan craftiness however took another step by developing spirit of lust in Portipher’s wife heart, which later send Joseph to prison, for the sin he did not committed.
At prison God gave Joseph favour in the sight of the keeper, later the Lord saw him through to Pharaoh palace where he became the prime minister to the king. At this junction I deemed it fit to list some of the characteristics of successful ministers, with Joseph as the major case study. The bible made us to understand what Joseph gave as regards to success principles, and it yielded dividends at the end.
