:IMPACT OF TELEVISION IN THE WORLD TODAY Hell and destruction are never full so the eyes of man are never satisfied prov. 27 :20 There is no doubt that if one searches ,he will find good programmes on the television,but searching for good programme is the missing part of the television culture.
It is no doubt that television informs,educates and entertain; but every good thing must be judged by its ability to influence the society towards goods.

WHAT TELEVISION IS .
1.TELEVISION IS INFLUENTIAL-TELEVISION has influence that hallucinates, which the world has found irresistible . some find it irresistible, when it is on ,they can not ignore it .
2.TELEVISION-is a fore runner of anti –christ;- all the programmes in the agenda of the anti –christ are showing on the television and other electronic media, so as a child of GOD one must be very carefull of what one watch, satanic agents are every where preparing their own for the end time destruction.
3.TELEVISION- is an accessory to crime-youths and adults who indulged in one or more atrocities, or commited crimes generate about 70 percent ideas from the television, statistics has it that before age eighteen ,an average person must have watched 18,000 hours of television, seen 18,000 deaths, violent crashes, rape, murder, arson , and other violent crimes.
It introduces children to early sex , dulls their senses against all forms of violence, and hardens their hearts against all forms of violence, and hardens their hearts against their parents and the society.
Televsion addict is no different from a drug addicts,both need rehabilitation . Child killers carry guns to school , look right in face of their class mates and shoot them down in their desks because their mentor , the television modeled them to believe that violence is a normal way of life .
4 . TELEVISION WASTES TIME – Controlling watching your t .v choose spiritual and mentally healthy programmes only . As a Christian , you must agree that television is not a good incentive to studying the bible , soul winning and drawing you closer to God . Christians must handle television with close fist if they have to keep growing spiritually .
Television is immensely popular throughout the world . Back in 1931 , when television was in it’s infancy , the chair men of the radio corporation of America said , ‘’ The potential audience of television in it’s ultimate development may reasonably be accepted to be limited only by the population of the earth itself .
The number of televisions worldwide is estimated to stand at 1 . 5 billion , with many more viewers . Television plays a major role in peoples lives . if television is a powerful teaching tool – by means of it one may learn about lands and people we may never visit . Television captures the lives of people in both tragedy and triumph . it entertains , instructs , and even inspires .
